Question #1; We live in Dallas area, I am planning to do a lawn level this spring and reseed, should I do an aerate as well? Question #2, Please confirm, if we are planning to reseed this spring we shouldn’t put down a pre-amergent? Question #3, Lawn Mowers, I know you highly recommend the reel mowers, what is your recommendation for the conventual residential walk behind mower?
