Doc, I love your videos. With your help, I had a great hybrid bermuda lawn at my home in Arizona. We just moved to Franklin, Tennessee and the lawn that we have now is fescue. It was in really bad shape when we moved in in August, but have (1) installed a sprinkler system, (2) aerated, (3) overseeded, and (4) fertilized. It is looking much better. I am going to start a rigorous plan of Humicar and PGF Complete.
