This is a great way to spot treat crabgrass in a Bermuda lawn, especially in the hot summer time.
During the summer months we hate to BROADLY spray crabgrass killer on Bermuda. It can damage it. We would much rather see you put out a preemergent and then spot treat the crabgrass. It’s a little more work but much better for your lawn.
In this video Doc shows you how to spot treat crabgrass as it emerges, but don’t forget you need to worry about future crabgrass as well. Pre-emergent can be put out any time of the year, but during hot months it should be done just before a rain.
