Probably a silly question, but can you put down the preemergent, Humichar and the 10-10-10 all at the same time or does it need to be spread out?

Doc love the videos. I have a sod lawn laid in June 22 as well as a seeded field also done in June 22. Am I ok for preemergent this season or is it cutting too close. Thanks for your feedback!

Hey Doc – Would you comment about something I’ve been seeing on the net in Bermuda forums: People are “burning” their dormant winter bermuda in early spring (now) – is this really healthy for Bermuda? Are there benefits or is this a wives tale?
Thanks!

What is the recommendation for pre-emergent in spring after overseeding in fall? I know no pre-emergent for sod or new lawn.

The average soil temps in north georgia have been higher than average this year (60’s for the last week) and constant wet soil due to the daily rain. Is it still safe to apply weed killer (for poa annua) and do the pre-emergent split treatment as suggested? https://www.greencastonline.com/tools/soil-temperature

thank you for your help!
