Oven Baked Pot Roast Recipe

It’s winter time and Doc is finishing up projects around the house. Perfect time for an oven baked pot roast.

Chuck Roast – pounds varies on the number of people.
Onions – Celery – Carrots – Whole Red Potatoes
Liquid Mix – 2 cups water – can of coke – packet brown gravy – 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
Turkey size baking bag and large pan

Powder beef with flour and sear – add the above list – bake on 300 for 4 hours.
